Yard of the Month (YOTM):
Each month the YOTM committee will choose two houses to highlight. These houses are chosen for overall appearance, color, and maintenance. Check the website each month for pictures of that month’s honored houses.

December’s Yards of the Month:
We had many beautifully decorated homes this past Christmas and our judges were in quite a bind. In the end, they picked 1227 Pinpointe Dr. and 1332 Creek Valley as the winners. Thank you all for putting the effort to collectively make our neighborhood a winter wonderland. Congratulations to the winners!
October’s Yards of the Month:
These homeowners went all out to make their yards spooky and chilling! Congratulations to homeowners at 730 Autumn Winds and 1367 Pinpointe for winning the Halloween Yard of the Month competition. Great work!
September’s Yards of the Month:

The October Yards of the Month will be chosen for Halloween decorations so get our your pumpkins and black cats, ghosts and goblins and let’s see who can have the best Halloween display!

Holliday Decor Competition December 2015 – Yards of the Month:
Congratulations to the winners of the Christmas Yard of the Month contest. There are so many great decorations in our neighborhood, that it was really difficult to choose just two. I was not able to take pictures when the lights are on, so be sure to drive by these houses at night to get the full effect. Thank to all who decorated their homes and made our neighborhood look stunning!

Halloween Decor Competition October 2015 – Yards of the Month:
